server can't create folder

Im Running FP 2003 , Windows XP , Pent4,DSL BB, All Was working, Now I Can
not publish, upload gets cancelled and a .... . Microsoft Office Front
Page Message window says.................... server error: cannot create
folder " _vti_cnf_".



Any help is appreciated
