Server Application Unavailable : Error: 0x80131418

Hello,

Last night I updated windows with patches:

Security Update for Microsoft Data Access Components (823718) Automatic
update
Cumulative Patch for Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 (822925) Automatic
update

after I did the dotnet framework does work. Now all I get is:

Server Application Unavailable

The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is
currently unavailable. Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser
to retry your request.

Administrator Note: An error message detailing the cause of this specific
request failure can be found in the application event log of the web server.
Please review this log entry to discover what caused this error to occur.

And under my Application Logs I see the following:

Event Source: ASP.NET 1.1.4322.0
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1088
Date: 8/22/2003
Time: 5:41:01 PM
User: N/A
Computer: RUBY
Description:
Failed to execute request because the App-Domain could not be created.
Error: 0x80131418

I have already tried un-installing and re-installing MS.NET using the
regiis -i option. I have checked my directory permisions. Any help would be
greatly appriciated. Thanks!

try chaning userName attribute to SYSTEM in the <processModel> section of
the Machine.config file
