Server Application Unavailable

Hi
Need assistant on this, as my ASP .Net web server running on Win2003 R2 SP2
is sometime given below error msg, the normal web page still accessable only
the .Net ASP is fail

my issue is not related to support.microsoft.com/kb/827641

as event viewer does not contain any error / warning msg
