I'm having a problem with the service Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows
Servers. It keeps shutting itself off. We're running Windows Server 2003
and using Veritas 10.0 for a tape backup. Every so often this service will
just shut itself off and the backup will not run. I've checked the event
logs and can't find anything thats happening. It doesn't seem to be
happening at the same time over and over - it's very random. Anyone have an
idea what might be causing this?
