Serial IntellPoint Mouse

After the upgrade of Windows 95-based computer to Windows
XP, the serial intellPoint Mouse 5.0 stop responding. If I
run the Add New hardware wizard it fixes the problem and
have to do it every time that I turn the computer on. Can
anyone help????
 
You might try going to Start/Run/msconfig/Start UpTab and see if there's a
box for "Point 32". If so check it. Worked for me. Hope it works for you.
