Sercurity Pop-up Balloon

Is there any way to disable that annoying little balloon in the on the task
manager bar? The icon is that red security shield that SP2 installed. Is
there any way to disable it or keep it from popping up with that annoying
little balloon?

Open Security Center in Control Panel and choose "Change how security Center
alerts me"
