Sequence of names when choosing from Address book

Roady (Robert) wisely suggested that I create a new mail profile following
my upgrade from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007. I have done so with a dramatic
improvement in response.

Now when I am sending a message, I click on the To... button and the Select
Names: Contacts dialog box opens. Problem is that the individuals name are
shown as first name and last name in that order. How do I switch that to be
last name - first name? With 3015 names, I seldom know the first name.

At one time I had that figured out in Outlook 2003, but I can't find the
handle on this one.
