Seperating network traffic

Is it possible to configure Windows 2000 server to have outbound network traffic go on one nic, and inbound network traffic come in on another

Yes.

Maybe.

By outbound network, I assume you mean a different network scope than the
traffic for the inbound network. If you mean that the one server listens on
one NIC, and answers on another, then no.
