Separate Inboxes

I am trying to set up Outlook for my parents. They are using Office XP, and
recently switched to a broadband connection. They each have separate email
addresses (not aliases of one) but all of the mail is trying to come into the
same inbox. Is there a way to send incoming mail for "Dad's Email Address"
to a separate inbox then incoming mail that is meant for "Mom's Email
Address"?

Two ways (as long as you are TOTALLY sure the addresses are not aliases)
First and best way create a separate Windows log in for each user. (They are
using XP or W2K?). Then each user will have a completely separate set of
Outlook folders. Just set up each eamil account as normal.

Second best, set up a separate Outlook profile. (Useful if you are using W9x
as the OS). Control Panel-Mail-Show Profiles.

If they're getting mail for both, then either you sent up both accounts in
one Outlook or the addresses are aliases of each other. If you added both
accounts to one mail profile, then you can either do what Gordon suggests
(best is two WIndows usernames) or use rules to move the incoming mail to
different folders based on receiving account.
