Hi everyone

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 I have just set up a second e-mail address
with my ISP I can now send and receive mail in Outlook but incoming mail
always goes into the first accounts inbox is there any way of separating the
incoming mail

I would appreciate any help that you guys can give me

You'll need to use Rules to move mail to another folder by account - Outlook
uses 1 Inbox for all POP3 accounts.

** Please include your Outlook version, Account type, and Windows Version

Outlook uses Personal Folders for these accounts, and is configured to
deliver all mail in a profile to the Inbox folder in your Personal Folders
(by default).

You would want to create a new folder (either in the root of your Personal
Folders, or as a subfolder of your Inbox perhaps) and create a rule
instructing Outlook to place all mail received through a particular account
in that folder.
