Sento folder

I recently updated to XP Pro from XP home. For some reason I lost some
features.
When I used to right click on a file I got the "send to" option and then I
had the options A, descktop, compressed folder... etc. Now I do not have any
of this options.
At least I would like to use the send to compressed folder option. does
anybody know how to do this?
