sent mail will not print

cannot print sent mail, before or after sending. Can print inbox, etc. Using
Outlook 2003
 
Sent mails, HTML or plain text, with attachments will not print. THere is no
response to any of our 3 printers. Without attachments, they print.
Forwarding them or moving them to draft folder does not make a difference.
Temporarily I save them to a folder in My Documents, open them there, and
print them. Others in the office can print their sent mails... all use
Outlook 2003.
