This message keeps appearing even though I've deleted the Sent message and
there is no visible record of it in Windows mail. The trouble shooting help
wasn't helpful - anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of this. If this is
going to appear with every send, I'll go nuts!

-- The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)&Subject= ChooseHMC

Does a copy stay in the Outbox, perhaps already read? If so, delete it.

If you need to send it again, you may need to delete the part of the
address starting with &.
