Sent items rule

I would like to be able to set a rule that asks 'Are you sure?' before
sending an email to a specific address. I manage a mailing list, and members
will hit 'reply' to respond to a message, inadvertently sending their reply
to all 140 list members.

I'd like Outlook to ask me if I am sure when I send an email to the mailing
list address.

There is seldom a good technological solution to a behavioral problem.

And creating a rule for yourself won't change what the other members of the list do.
