Since yesterday morning 7/5/07, the emails I've sent out have not been saved
in my "sent items" folder. The last email I have is at 10:05am Thursday
morning. I've sent at least 20 or more emails since. I have not changed any
email options, How do I fix it? Thank you for any help you can send my
way...Enjoy, Bobbi Terry

Look in Tools/Options/Preference Tab/Email is 1st section and next to Junk
Email Link is Email Options Link; In my 03 Outlook there is a Check mark you
must put for "Save Copies of Messages in Sent Folder". One of the "experts"
will have to tell you if prior Emails can be recovered. Good luck.

The "Save copies of messages in Sent Folder" was already checked. Can you
think of anything else? thank you for your response!

If that line is Checked and being a non-expert The only Wild Guess I would
make now involves somehow having two PST folders and you're accidentally
looking in the duplicate or 2nd one. I'm sure this isn't it but look at
File/Data File Management and see if you have more than one PST Folder.
Hopefully, some expert will show up and help.

I figured it out...Yesterday my Norton said my subscription expired & I had
250 days left so I log'd into live chat. To fix norton she had me open the
date/time and change the date to July 1st. then go to subscriptions on my
norton window, type in the product key and bingo that started working. Little
did I know the date intrupted my sent email folder. As soon as I opend the
clock, corrected it from the 3rd until today, sent a test message to myself
It was working again. You always have to remember what you might have done
when a new problem started! It took a couple of days but I finally got it!
DUH!
