Sent Items folder has been renamed somehow and can't be changed back

Hi
Sent "Items folder" in Outlook 2003 has been renamed somehow to a different
name and can't be changed back.
Has anyone seen such problem, and how we can change it back?

We don't use outlook 2003 in cashed mode
Exchange 2003 server

Try opening Outlook with the /resetfolders switch:

Start > Run > outlook.exe /resetfolders

(note the space between outlook.exe and /resetfolders

If Ms. Orland's advice doesn't work, try the /resetfoldernames command switch.
