Sending with the same acount as received

It seems to be a problem and Daniel Mitchell once made a solution that I
don't completely understand.
Is there an easy way to reply to messages with the same account?
 
Replies are done by the account that received the message. Therefore you
only run into problems when you have several e-mail addresses delievered
(aka aliased) to the same mailbox.
