Not receiving emails

I've just joined up with a new ISP and thought I'd also configured Outlook
(Office 2003 version) successfully, but seems I've only made it halfway.

I can send emails perfectly ok (sent one to my Yahoo! account with no
problems) but when I replied to the message in order to test it "both ways" -
I don't appear to be receiving any emails. The incoming mail server is
correct according to my ISP's help pages, so I'm rather at a loss! I've
tried replying to an existing message and sending a new one from the Yahoo!
account, but to no avail. Any ideas, anyone?

Any errors? Is the port correct? What happens when you click Send/Receive?
