Sending to mass email list -- getting error undeliverable

Hello,
It looks as though this type of issue has been reported in previous posts
but didn't see any specific remedy.

I'm sending an email to over 700 email addresses and I received an error
undeliverable 455 or 452 Too many recipients sent this hour or Too many
recipients.

It appears I would need to divide this list into chunks and re-send. Does
anyone know how many email addresses I can send to at one time or how I can
find this out?

Assuming you are using a POP3 account, please check with your ISP as they do
have limits on the number of emails you may send at any one time. All other
mails above this limit will be rejected (typically through timeout) returning
an error to outlook. Easiest way to solve this is to break down your list of
mail addresses into a smaller distribution list. The limit in Australia for
some ISP's is 300.

messages waiting for their turn to be sent in your Outbox you can specify
