sending to an MSN email account

I am unable to send any emails to hotmail accounts. Any
suggestions? I am using Outlook 2002.

where are you sending from? If from work it could be that your administrator
has blocked the domain. In this case you should contact your administrator
 
Do you get any error messages? What sort of account are you using to send?
