sending the same message to a 'group' in Outlook Address book

I am having problems sending the same message to several
people (about 90email addresses). I've done similar
mailouts before and they've worked. The problem is this:-

1. I have tried to send bulk email from Outlook and
they've all been returned. The messages saying they
haven't been sent say:-

"This is an automatically generating Delivery Status
Notification.
Unable to deliver message to the following recipients
becaus the message was forwarded mor than the maximum
allowed times. This could indicate a mail loop." and
then there's a list of the email addresses I sent message
to.

2. Is there a limit to how many emails you can send in
bulk via Outlook?

There is no such limit set by Outlook. This limit is set by your mail
server. Contact them.
