Sending Tasks with Attachments

My com program works fine when I send a task without an attachment. When the
recipient updates it, my program gets control and does its thing. However,
when I add an attachment to the sent task, the event handeler does not seem
to get driven. Ant ideas?
 
Not being mind readers we'd need to see the code you use.
