Sending tasks to employees

When ever i assign a task to an employee, the task will arrive to them as
plain text and with the description. From what i understand there shoule be a
accept or decline link at the top of the email. Any assitance with this would
be great
 
You didn't say what version of Outlook you're using or whether you're using
Exchange as your mail server.
