Sending' reported error (0x80040201)

In setting up my mail accounts in Outlook 2003 I
encountered this error: Sending' reported error
(0x80040201).

The "Test Account Settings" function reports all
Completed on every account for POP and SMTP. A testing
message appeared in my Inbox.

There is no problem receiving messages.

My ViruScan is up to date.

Please help.

Can you successfully send a message with this account, or was this a
one-time error?
