Sending question

Hi everybody,

I have a problem when sending some messages with a certain account. I would
like to move the sent message to a specific folder automatically. If I use
the rules from OL I will get a copy of the message in the "Sent' folder as
well.

I think I need a macro to do this: moving instead of copying the messages.

I am using OL 2003.

No, all you need to do is (a) use Tools | Options to turn off Outlook's normal feature to save all items in Sent Items, (b) make sure all your existing copy to folder rules also have the "stop processing" action, and (c) add a catchall rule at the bottom of the rules list to copy all items not handled by previous rules to the Sent Items folder.
