Sending Pics With Email

Hello, I have trouble sending pics with emails. On the menu the word picture
isn't in bold. I used to be I could repair it but that don't work anymore. I
can send them as files but it takes to long.
 
Make sure your cursor is in the body and that you are composing in HTML
format.

Attachment or picture; it will be the same file so same size and same
up-/download time
