How do I save pics shown in an email?

S

Stan

I have received an email with pics in the email (not as attachments).
I see the pics when I open the email, but cannot save them to my PC.
Is there a way to save them to my PC?

And for others who have the same issue, please tell them how you sorted it out. It is the polite thing to do.
