Sending Pics

When I send a pic, it appears after the text of the email. How can I make
it appear first? THanks!

I am trying to send to a cell phone. The service for some reason will not
support my message if I insert--> pic. Only works when I insert--> file.
Is there away to modify insert-->file so that the pic shows up first?

Are you sending in RTF format? Change it to HTML.
