sending photos by emai

When I try to send photos via email from My Pictures, the internet connection wizard is asking for email server names e.g POP3, IMAP. Being clueless about these things, how do I find out what to enter? I connect using 56k modem. Does this influence the issue? New to all this stuff.
 
Well how do you get your email?

What did you enter to set up Outlook Express or your Email program for your
account... usually it's something like:

mail.whateverthedomainis.com

If you do not know, contact your ISP.

If you're with AOL, they do not use POP/SMTP mail but their own proprietory
format and you'll just have to use the AOL interface and send them as
attachments.
