sending music background

Whenever I open an MP3 file to send as "background sound",
OE will not send it. All the sound files seem to be WAV.
Anyone know how to convert mp3 to wav, or otherwise send
an mp3 to be played when mail recepient opens mail?

that's my question too! How to attach an mp3 file so that it plays
when the e is opened. Did that capability go away with the newer
version. Used to select "format/background/sound" that option is no
longer there... did it move or go away...??
