How do you make it so that other Users can send private messages to
each other?

I doubt that you can do that.

You can set up a Guestbook if your web server supports FPSE, using the
Database Wizard but, without password protection on the Guestbook, every
message posted can be viewed by everyone else.

Unless you want to set up a "Send an Email to a friend". That is a bit
easier. I use a script which invokes the visitor's email client (using
"mailto:"). Please post back if you want this script.

You can also send an email through the web server. I have never tried this,
but others here can direct you to this facility.
