Sending message

Does access 2000 have the capabilities to send messages to
a paging system depending on criteria?I am trying to find
a way in which access will notify a person by sending a
message through pager.
 
Acces doesn't as it's aRDBMS. You might want to look at Outlook / other
tools that provide communication functionality.
