Sending message to address inside a received message

Using OE 6. Replying to received email works fine, but clicking on an
email address spelled out inside a received message goes to another
account on this computer, that doesn't use OE. How can I make this
process stick to OE 6 (i.e., use the same account the main message is
received in)?
