Sending message: Can't see contact in the "To:" field

I have Outlook 2002 . I use it to access my MSN account. When writing a
message, I can not see a contact I have selected in the "Message
Recipients" or the "to field:".

What do you see instead? Is this the only contact that you are specifying
as a recipient?
