Sending MAPI files (pictures) in OUtlook

Can anyone help me. I am not able to send pictures through outlook 2007.
Everytime I send some attachments (pictures) - they go into the outbox and
never leave. I believe my pictures are MAPI files (????), Help would be
appreciated.
 
You'll need to provide at least some information. You provided none. How you
are attaching these files, how you are sending them, what happens when you
try, what transport type you are using, and error messages are a minimum.
I assure you no graphic file is a MAPI file. There is no such thing as a
MAPI file.
