sending mail

I am using email addresses which I created in Hostmonster.com the outgoing
mail requires authentication, as I am using more than 1 email address. I
don't have any problem receiving the mail, but sending... hmm... I receive
this:
The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Re: well', Account:
'mail.bestwms.net', Server: 'mail.bestwms.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

How can I fix this?
