I imported my address book from my old laptop that was using XP. Now,
whenever I send an email and select recipients from the address book, it
inserts the persons name and email address. I just would like to display the
name in the "To" line. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Hi,

This is in built feature of Windows mail. Whenever u will insert an new emailID or sent any email it will be shown to u with the name of the person to whom u want to.

Thanks,
Rohan

I'm sorry. I probably wasn't real clear. I was using Outlook and had it set
to just show the name of the person in the "To" line. Now, with Microsoft
Mail, I'm getting the name of the person and the complete email address in
the same area. I sometimes send out an email to a lot of people and it gets
a little confusing seeing all this info (name and email address) in the "To"
line.

This is how WinMail works because so many people complained that Outlook
Express did not also show the address.

Hi Belinda,

As Frank mention this feature is enhanced in Windows mail in
comparison to Outlook Express so that u can view the name of the person. It
might be little confusing in the initial stage but once u get use of it u
will find it simpler, easy and Convenient to use.

Thanks,
Rohan
