Hi,

I just started using windows mails and imported all my mails and address
from outlook express.
Now whenever I go to crete new mail, first the window takes around 4-5
seconds to load and then it never completes the email address itself.

The email address is there in the address book but it is not auto completing
the same, whereas it used to happen in outlook express. PLEASE NOTE I HAVE
ALREADY DONE THE SETTINGS IN TOOLS FOR AUTO COMPLETE EMAIL ADDRESS.

Further I fail to understand that inspite having latest toshiba laptop with
4 gb ram, why windows mail is so slow to respond to any action?

Any help on this will be great.

Which anti-virus program do you have installed?

Whatever program you have, if you have email scanning enabled, disable it.
