I"m using Outlook 2003 for email. If outlook itself isn't open, and I click
on a hyperlink that is a mail link the message window comes up and I can type
whatever. I click send and you would think the message would send. I open
Outlook and the message is in the outbox folder. Outlook express doesn't
have to be open, and if I click send from the message window using that
program it actually sends right then. Does Outlook have to be open before a
message will send by clicking send? With the message in the outbox I can
click send/receive on the outlook toolbar and the message will send that way.
If Outlook is open and I type a new message and click send, it sends right
away that way.
