Sending mail to Contacts in Outlook Category ? and qu Re Preview P

I was just wondering if there is any way to send email to an entire category
as listed in my outlook contacts list ? Or do i have to put all those
contacts into a distibution list and send from there ???

Also, is there any way to preview images sent in an email directly in the
preview pane without having to open the attachments ? ( Just ,migrated to
outlook from incredimail where attachments can all be viewd in the preview
pane )

If you highlight the Category and then select the Action menu clicking on
New Message to Contact will place all the selected Contacts/Categories on
the TO line (even contacts with no email addresses), as to the image preview
then sorry no can do unless the image is embedded within the email
