Sending mail on behalf of....

One of our exec wants his assistant to send out emails for
him, but he wants his name to appear in the from field.
Anyway to do this without the Admin Assistant having to
log in as the exec?
 
Grant the Send As pemission of the User Object in Active Directory Users &
Computers
