sending mail in Outlook 2007 running under Vista

This is the message I get when I try to send mail:

Het verbinding maken met de server is mislukt. Onderwerp '', Account:
'pop.zonnet.nl', Server: 'smtp.zonnet.nl', Protocol: SMTP, Poort: 25,
Beveiligd(SSL): Nee, Socket-fout: 10060, Foutnummer: 0x800CCC0E

I have disabled Defender, Firewall and I do not have any antiviral software
running.

new post about the same subject only a few minutes apart. If you can't
find your other thread, go to Google Groups Advanced Search and look in
