Sending large file

I sent to large of a file, now Outlook keeps trying to send with a failure
notice. How do I clear this so it stops attempting to send. It will not stop
trying
 
File, Work Offline, Delete it. If that doesn't do it, close and reopen OL
after checking work offline and try to delete again. Look up Mail Stuck in
Outbox in Help for more.
