Sending in HTML

When I send emails it changes everything from HTML to
plain text format. However, I have my settings to send
in HTML. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have this same problem but it only occurs when I reply

to a message. Any new messages are in HTML format. Is
there a way to force replies to format HTML?
