Sending identification

We have a general mailbox that is used by several people to send updated
information, etc. to staff and clients. We have assigned the users delegate
rights to the mailbox. However, when a deligate member sends a message is
says something to the effect of "General Mailbox by John Doe". Is there a
way for us to simply have this header information say "General Mailbox" as
opposed to having the persons name as well?

Modify the security permissions (not the client permission) on the General Mailbox user so that John Doe and other authorized users have the Send As permission.
