Can't open other users mailbox

We have a general delivery account that serveral staff need access to and
want to have the inbox for that account added to their profile. The accounts
are deligates of the account and the mailbox is added to their profiles,
however when they try to open the inbox folder for the general delivery
account they get this error:

Unable to expand the folder. The operation failed. An object could not be
found.

The general delivery mailbox can howerver ben opened without any problem by
selecting File / Open / Other Users Folder from the Outlook 2003 menu bar.

Why can't the folder be opened when it's added to their profiles?

Trying "giving" access/permissions through the Outlook Today folder. This
might have to be done by your administrator (or the "owner" of the mailbox).
Right click on Outlook Today, choose properties, click on the Permissions
tab, and add the user. Permissions for "Outlook Today" override delegation
permissions given under Tools, Options, Delegates.
