Sending Hyperlink

I'm looking at sending an e-mail which contains a
hyperlink that downloads itself. So rather than sending
the front page of a website (e-mail can appear quite
large) I would like to simply send the hyperlink, and when
the e-mail is opended the hyperlink opens itself and THEN
downloads the page in the e-mail. Any thoughts?

Not possible, all (automatic) script execution is not allowed; if it can
load a webpage it can also load a program and that program can also be a
virus.
