Problems with hyperlinks in e-mails (OUTLOOK EXPRESS 6.0)

Recently, I started having problems when I click on a hyperlink in e-mail
messages I've been receiveing. I'm using Outlook Express 6.0. When I receive
an e-mail message containing a hyperlink to a website, when I click on it,
all I get is and audible (ding ding) and it doesn't go to the website. It
just does nothing. Any assistance in resolving this problem would be greatly
appreciated! Thanks!

This is for outlook, the calendar and mail program, but it sounds like it's
a phishing filter. See if insideoe.com has anything about it.
