Sending html with Outlook

I have this annoying problem when sending html with Outlook 2003.

I can send e-mail as html if I type the adress by hand.
But, when using my contact-list I send plain text.

I have gone through everything thats avalible (i think)
so is it a bug or is there really a setting for this issue.

I really need help with this.

there's a setting for each contact that can ensure plain text is sent to
that contact. Check it.
Open up the Contact entry and double click on the email address. The default
is "let outlook decide .."

That was the most stupid way to hide a really important setting....
