Lisa

I've done this earlier but I don't remember how--and earlier version
of outlook.
I have my family's Christmas letter in HTML--including header tag
becasue it has style tags. If I paste it into the word editor, it
either gets sent as plain text html (plain text option), or plain text
with all the URLs underlined (HTML option). I want it to show up in
someone's email box like the advertisements do--already in HTML and
looking pretty. Does anyone know what I'm not doing right here?
Thanks,
Lisa

What version of outlook and word? You'll need OL98 and newer. Are you using
HTML format as your default?

try using the office envelope - the little email button on your toolbar. if
you aren't using the same version of outlook and word, open a new message
form, change it to HTML format if necessary and copy (Control A, Control C)
and paste it in the message.

I'm using Outlook 2002 and Word 2002. The default is HTMl format, but
that means it just underlines the URLs, not what I was looking for.
Thanks,
Lisa
